The medical institution continues to operate in the free territory of Ukraine after being evacuated from Donetsk.

After 2014, the hospital worked in Lyman, and today it continues saving lives in Kirovohrad region. Despite two relocations, the hospital has preserved its staff and maintained a high level of medical care.

The facility treats civilians, military personnel, and internally displaced persons, performs complex surgeries, provides stroke treatment, and carries out rehabilitation services.

“I spoke with the hospital’s patients — both military personnel and civilians who were injured in Donetsk region.

I also had the honor of presenting the Order of Merit, First Class, to Volodymyr Klymovytskyi — a legend of the hospital who dedicated 50 years of his life to medicine. Since the relocation to Kropyvnytskyi alone, he has performed around 1,000 surgeries.

I sincerely thank my colleague from Kirovohrad region — Andrii Raikovych — for supporting our doctors, as well as hospital director Roman Klymovytskyi for resilience and professionalism,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
