Every day, participants in the “Army of Restoration” contribute to tasks that help ensure the stable functioning of communities across the Donetsk region.
This year, as part of the project, 3,875 referrals have been issued in the region for community service work.
Work at critical infrastructure facilities and protective structures plays an important role. In Donetsk region communities, participants in community service projects are involved in equipping shelters, carrying out routine repairs, restoring damaged premises, and clearing debris following shelling. These tasks require prompt action and allow people to remain and work in their communities.
Since January 1, 2026, payment for a full month of community service work has amounted to at least UAH 8,647. But the most valuable benefits are the experience gained, new skills, a sense of purpose, and the feeling of being part of a larger cause.
