On April 20, 2026, a founding meeting was held to form the Youth Council under the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Following an open vote, the membership of the consultative and advisory body was approved, consisting of 26 people.
The council includes representatives of public associations, charitable organizations, and student self-government bodies who underwent document verification and presented their vision for the development of youth policy in the region.
Based on the election results, the council’s leadership was formed as follows:
- Chair of the Youth Council – Yuriy Zgonnik, representative of the NGO “Support. Recovery. Assistance.”
- Vice Chair – Oleksandr Levchenko, representative of the NGO “New Druzhkivka.”
- Secretary of the Council – Daria Bychyshina, representative of the Youth Council under the Myrnohrad City Council.
The renewed composition of the Youth Council includes:
- Grigory Andreychenko (NGO “Time of the Free”).
- Arkady Arakelyan (Student Self-Government of the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy).
- Ksenia Arkasheva (International Youth Organization “Youth Initiative of Cities”).

- Mykola Vasylenko (NGO “Azimuth Sports Tourism Club”).
- Kristina Vasylyuk (Youth Council of the Kostiantynivka City Council).

During the meeting, participants also discussed priority areas of work for the coming quarter and scheduled the first working session to approve the Council’s Rules of Procedure.
