The Donetsk Youth Palace “Yunist” is accepting submissions for the regional photo flash mob “Dad—Protector of His Family and His Country,” dedicated to Father’s Day.
The organizers invite everyone to share photos that capture the role of a father in the family and in society. Submitted photos may illustrate various life situations: fathers serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their work in volunteer headquarters, or their daily support, care, and efforts to ensure the safety of their children in civilian life.
The suggested themes include moments of reunions, shared leisure time, and work, as well as symbolic images that demonstrate family bonds and the continuity of generations. The main criteria for evaluating the photos are the naturalness of the shots, the sincerity of the captured emotions, and respect for the individual.
To participate in the photo flash mob, you must submit a completed application (separately for each participant) and the photo itself to [email protected] by June 10, 2026, with the subject line “Dad-Protector.”
Once the submission period closes, open online voting for the “Audience Choice Award” will begin on the official Facebook page of the “Yunist” Youth Palace at https://www.facebook.com/don.yunost. Voting will take place from June 12 to 15, 2026.
All social media users will be able to participate in the voting and support the participants. Detailed terms and conditions of the event, technical requirements for photo formatting, and sample documents are available via the QR code posted on the project’s official poster.
