Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Boiko, an online meeting was held with the relevant deputies and heads of structural units on issues of digital development, digital transformations, and digitalization, or other responsible persons in this area of work. Among those present was also a representative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Anton Dehtiar.
Ihor Boiko noted that the creation of user cabinets of the 1st and 2nd levels of access on the "Diia. Digital Community" portal is an important element of digital transformation, which allows for speed, accuracy, and quality of information input into the Index. For military administrations, the presence of two levels of access is a necessary condition for effective organization of work, ensuring the distribution of responsibilities and timely input of verified information.
The head of the Department of Informatization and Digitalization of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Bilokopytnyi, noted the positive results achieved by the Donetsk region. In terms of the speed of filling out the Digital Transformation Index, we rank second among the regions of Ukraine. This indicates the active position of authorized persons and the effective organization of work in the area of digital transformation and emphasized the accuracy of data entry.
They also discussed problematic issues, comments, and suggestions that arise for executors during the filling out of the indicators of the Digital Transformation Index of the community.
