The meeting, attended by representatives of the region’s local communities, took place on April 28 with the participation of Viktoria Tochena, head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Regional State Administration. The discussion focused on the results of the work carried out by club-type cultural institutions and their prospects for 2026.
The main speakers at the event were specialists from the Donetsk Regional Educational and Methodological Center for Culture, who spoke about the organization and specifics of holding scheduled cultural and artistic events and their methodological support, new forms of work, current challenges in the cultural sphere, and proposals for collaboration among institutions, both within the region and remotely.
Over 90 participants joined the event and actively engaged in discussions of the reports and presentations. Today, communities in the Donetsk region are actively working to preserve their heritage amid the war, leveraging the exchange of experiences and support for initiatives.
