Another meeting of the commission for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period took place, at which the status of enterprises registered in the Donetsk region was confirmed.
The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Ihor Boiko.
To confirm the status of critical infrastructure, the heads of three enterprises that provide security system services, healthcare services, and operate in the construction sector addressed the commission members.
Considering the above, all three enterprises, in accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, decided that there was no need to conduct a compliance check of the enterprises against the criteria specified in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.
The secretary of the commission, Semen Paniotov, reported that to confirm compliance with the criteria for their recognition as critical, the enterprises provided packages of documents that were reviewed by the commission members. These enterprises were recognized as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period in the territory of the Donetsk region.
The commission members also heard comments regarding the operation of these enterprises and ultimately voted to recognize them as critically important.
