Since September 2022, the Bakhmut College of Culture and Arts named after Ivan Karabits has continued its work in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region. The institution is the only remaining art college in the region that trains specialists for art schools in Donetsk region in the specializations of “Musical Art” and “Choreography.”
One of the forms of the college's work is holding report concerts, which present the creative achievements of students and the results of the pedagogical skills of teachers.
On June 10, 2025, the City House of Culture in Kamianets-Podilskyi hosted a concert by students and teachers of the I. Karabits Bakhmut College of Culture and Arts entitled “With Music Through Life.”
The concert program combined classical and contemporary works, Ukrainian folk melodies, and world hits. The audience had the opportunity to enjoy the masterful performance of classical works and jazz improvisations by music students on various instruments, as well as vocalists, and to immerse themselves in the magical world of dance with young choreographers.
During the concert, the hall was filled with a spirit of support and admiration, as all the performances were dedicated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the funds raised at the event will be donated to our defenders for the purchase of drones.
It is worth noting that through such events, the college makes a significant contribution to the cultural life of Donetsk region and the country, promoting art, preserving the local identity of the native land in wartime, and educating a new generation of connoisseurs of beauty.
