The decision to allocate the funds was made today during a meeting of the Regional Defense Council.
The participants discussed not only financing, but also the overall security situation, mobilization measures, and coordination between the military, districts, and local communities.
“Our task is to ensure that support reaches the places where it is needed most, without delays or unnecessary procedures. In a frontline region, the speed of decision-making is just as important as the resources themselves.
Donetsk region carries an enormous burden every day. That is why we continue strengthening our units, supporting communities, and working in close coordination,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
