The leadership of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region maintains constant direct communication with local residents. Weekly direct telephone lines are held to ensure prompt responses to inquiries and to resolve issues important to citizens.
Since the beginning of the year, the leadership of the Main Department has conducted 57 direct telephone lines, during which 257 people received consultative and legal assistance.
The issues raised by citizens mainly concern the granting of age-related pension payments, pension indexation, deadlines and methods for pension beneficiaries to undergo physical identification, the assignment and payment of state social assistance, voluntary participation in the system of compulsory state pension insurance, and more.
Callers received practical advice, and, when necessary, specialists from relevant departments were involved to resolve specific issues. Information was also provided regarding convenient communication opportunities with the Pension Fund through the e-services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine: https://www.pfu.gov.ua/.
