Education is always about moving forward. And even the online space can become a place where synergy and new ideas are born.
As part of the national project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities," an online meeting was held to bring together teachers from the Druzhkivka and Zhmerynka communities. It is symbolic that on the eve of the start of the new school year, educators gathered to talk about the main thing - professional development, partnership, and resilience in times of challenge.
More than 30 participants - heads of professional communities, primary school teachers and teachers of various subject areas - shared their own practices, discussed new approaches and inspired each other to change.
The Druzhkivka community presented the Kaleidoscope of Best Educational Practices project, based on the materials of the X Congress of Educators of Donetsk Oblast "New Times: Personality Above All". The participants of the meeting heard
Natalia Cherniak (gymnasium No. 6) spoke about modern types of visualization in Ukrainian and foreign literature lessons;
a presentation by Olena Shevchenko and Tetiana Cherkasova (Gymnasium #12) on the implementation of the NUS Concept through innovative technologies in the reformed school;
the project "Educating Environmental Awareness of Students through Project Activities" by Hanna Bondarenko, a consultant of the EDLP (educational complex No. 3).
These were not just speeches; they were an exchange of experience, energy, and belief in the importance of the teacher's mission. Each idea, each practice became a brick in the common building of a professional community that can inspire and support.
"Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" is about the power of unity. And today, our communities have proven that despite the difficulties, Ukrainian education is looking for and finding new ways to raise a generation that can think, create and feel responsible for the future.
