Since the beginning of 2025, specialists of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast have provided 25,600 consultations to citizens who called the hotline of the Main Directorate.
The specialists answered important questions regarding
🔸 conditions for granting subsidies for housing rental to internally displaced persons;
🔸 granting subsidies for the non-heating period;
🔸 the procedure for registering and renewing pension payments;
🔸 verification of insurance experience;
🔸 recalculation and receipt of insurance payments;
🔸 obtaining certificates of service and salary;
🔸 obtaining services through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine portal.pfu.gov.ua and the mobile application “Pension Fund,” etc.
