Since the beginning of 2025, specialists of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region have provided 36.1 thousand consultations to citizens who reached out via the hotline.
The experts provided answers to important questions regarding:
🔸 implementation of new functions of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
🔸 procedures for assigning basic social assistance;
🔸 rules for processing and resuming pension payments;
🔸 verification of insurance records;
🔸 recalculation and receipt of insurance benefits;
🔸 obtaining certificates of employment record and salary;
🔸 access to services via the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services web portal portal.pfu.gov.ua and the Pension Fund mobile application, among others.
