Specialists from the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region regularly hold consultation meetings with representatives of enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the region on the digitization of employment records.
Since the beginning of the year, 122 events have been held on the digitization of employment records, during which 242 insured persons in Donetsk region received consultations.
During the meetings, practical assistance was provided in submitting documents on employment to the Pension Fund of Ukraine's e-services web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua, and the mechanism and technical requirements for scanning employment record books were explained.
For reference: since the introduction of the “Electronic Employment Record Book” service on the PFU e-services web portal (since December 2019), more than 302,000 scanned paper employment record books have been submitted for digitization and conversion into electronic form.
