As part of the implementation of the national project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities," on June 5, 2025, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Soledar City Community of Donetsk Oblast and the Bilohorodka Village Community of Kyiv Oblast at the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Riabikin, Advisor to the Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba, Project Manager Marianna Tomyn, Head of the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Natalia Chukova, Head of the Soledar City Military Administration Serhii Hoshko, Chairman of the Bilohorodka Village Council Anton Osiienko, and others.
The signing of the memorandum was the first step towards fruitful cooperation between the communities to support the Soledar City Territorial Community, exchange experiences, and strengthen their unity and resilience.
The Soledar City Community became the 24th participating community in the project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities" from Donetsk Oblast. The first partnerships have already demonstrated their effectiveness and results. We are confident that the new partnership will yield equally positive results.
