Specialists of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Region regularly hold consultation meetings with representatives of enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the region on issues related to the digitization of employment record books.
Since the beginning of the year, 318 events on digitizing employment documents have been held, during which 499 insurers from Donetsk Region received consultations.
During the meetings, practical assistance was provided in submitting employment records to the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine at https://portal.pfu.gov.ua, as well as explanations regarding the mechanism and technical requirements for scanning employment record books.
📎 For reference: Since the launch of the “Electronic Employment Record Book” service on the PFU e-services web portal (in December 2019), more than 326.9 thousand scanned paper employment record books have been submitted for digitization and conversion into electronic format.
