In connection with the amendment to the Regulation on the Unified State Register of War Veterans, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 14, 2019, No. 700, the Department of Social Policy has updated the informational and presentation materials regarding the administrative service "Provision of information from the Unified State Register of War Veterans."
The service is automated and is provided to the following categories of persons:
- war veterans – participants in hostilities, persons with disabilities as a result of the war,
- participants in the war, persons who have special merits before the Motherland,
- injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity;
- family members of deceased (died) war veterans, family members of deceased (died) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine;
- their authorized persons – individuals acting in the interests of the war veteran or member;
- the family of the deceased based on a power of attorney executed in the established manner;
- their legal representatives – parents, guardians, caretakers of a child under 18 years of age, an incapacitated person, a person whose capacity is limited.
