Today, Viktor is not only an athlete, a coach, but also an example of strength of spirit, dignity, and faith in Ukraine. A fighter with incredible inner strength. He dreams of creating a rehabilitation project for swimming for military personnel. He is a person who sees with his heart. And he leads others.
