Allowance for Non-Working Military Pensioners Who Support Dependent Family Members with Disabilities

An allowance is added to length-of-service and disability pensions granted to former military personnel (except conscripts) of the enlisted, NCO, warrant officer, and officer ranks, as well as to persons entitled to a pension (including pensions calculated at the minimum level), for:

🔸 non-working pensioners (to length-of-service pensions), or
🔸 non-working persons with disabilities (to disability pensions),

who have dependent family members with disabilities.

☝️ The allowance is granted only for those family members who do not receive:

  • pension payments from the solidarity system of compulsory state pension insurance;

  • state social assistance for persons without pension entitlement and persons with disabilities;

  • state social assistance for persons with disabilities from childhood and children with disabilities;

  • assistance for children of single mothers.
