On June 28, 2025, it will be 29 years since the Constitution of Ukraine was adopted. This year, we will once again celebrate the national holiday in the conditions of armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Despite the horrors of war, life in Donetsk region continues: children continue to receive education, residents of the region have access to medical and social services, and conditions are being created for the development of creative abilities, etc.
On the occasion of Constitution Day of Ukraine, the regional state administration has launched a regional campaign "The Constitution of Ukraine through the Prism of War." The stories of the residents of Donetsk region once again prove that even in a state of war, the commitment to constitutional principles is important for the Ukrainian state – the affirmation of human rights and freedoms, compliance with universal and European values, which the Ukrainian people bravely defend in modern conditions, protecting freedom, territorial integrity, independence, and sovereignty of Ukraine.
Article 17. The protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, ensuring its economic and information security are the most important functions of the state, the responsibility of the entire Ukrainian people.
An inspired educator who shapes the future! This is the trait possessed by Volodymyr Dyachuk - a teacher of technology, information technology, and Defense of Ukraine at the Kramatorsk educational complex "General Secondary School I-III degrees No. 6 - preschool educational institution" of the Kramatorsk City Council.
When on February 24, 2022, the enemy launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Volodymyr did not remain indifferent to the fate of his homeland, and from March 2022 to May 2024, he defended Ukraine in the ranks of the National Guard. After returning to peaceful life, the veteran, a participant in combat operations, continued his teaching activities, working as a teacher of labor training, information technology, and the subject "Defense of Ukraine."
In his educational work, he actively implements project-based methods, developing practical skills, critical thinking, and responsibility for the results of one's own activities in students. Volodymyr Dyachuk's students have repeatedly become prize-winners of city Olympiads, and he himself shares his professional experience by conducting master classes for colleagues.
Volodymyr Dyachuk is a bright example of patriotism, dedication to the profession, and an active civic position.
