Every day, the Russians destroy energy infrastructure — almost half of the city is currently without electricity. Energy companies are doing everything possible to restore power, but this is extremely difficult given the enemy's activity.
In the Santurynivka district, gas equipment has been completely destroyed — 1,900 homes are without gas, and it is currently impossible to restore the supply.
Water supply is only partial — once a day from 5 to 8 p.m., and only 20–25% of the actual demand.
Due to regular attacks on transport, including drones, bus service in the city has been canceled. The only suburban route to Druzhkivka is operating on a limited basis and is in danger of being canceled.
Critical infrastructure enterprises, medical workers, police, and city authorities continue to work in extremely difficult conditions, all coming together to help people.
In areas of the community where there is no centralized water supply, there are seven water tanks and 11 containers of various sizes for collecting water.
In addition, there are 12 wells for collecting water, 6 of which provide purified water using reverse osmosis technology, and another 9 wells are located on the territory of critical infrastructure enterprises.
Five resilience centers are operating, and two more are in standby mode and ready to open at any time.
Today, the situation in the city is not about life, but about survival. Unfortunately, our efforts to ensure life in Kostiantynivka by all available means are being destroyed by the enemy with KABs and drones.
We appeal to all residents of the city: evacuation is a matter of life and death!
