Published 08 July 2026 year, 17:05

The National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP), in collaboration with the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine, has released an online guide titled “Reporting Corruption”—a practical handbook designed to help citizens take the right steps when they encounter instances of corruption.

The guide contains clear explanations regarding:

  • types of corruption offenses and the penalties for them;
  • the powers of the NACP, law enforcement agencies, and other authorized institutions;
  • requirements for filing corruption reports;
  • methods and channels for submitting reports;
  • the procedure for reviewing them;
  • mechanisms for appealing decisions, actions, or inaction by authorized bodies.

The guide also contains practical recommendations and examples to help citizens, complainants, and whistleblowers effectively report possible instances of corruption.

The electronic version of the guide “Reporting Corruption” is available at via a link.
