Didn’t receive your pension on time? Do you live in a temporarily occupied territory (TOT) or have you left a locality that is currently temporarily occupied?

1. Check whether you have completed physical identification.

2. Check whether you have submitted a statement confirming that you have not received payments from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation.

🔊 To complete physical identification, choose one of the following options:

— submit an application for a video call;

— log in to the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua/ using Diia.Signature;

— visit the nearest service center of the Pension Fund.

🔊 Notify the Pension Fund by April 1, 2026, that you have not received payments from the Russian Federation pension authorities using one of the following methods:

— during video identification;

— in your personal account on the Pension Fund web portal;

— by visiting the nearest service center of the Pension Fund.

✅ If these steps have been completed, your information is being processed. If you completed everything by the 20th of the month, expect payment this month; if later, expect it next month.
