The war forced Marina Vronska to leave her hometown of Myrnohrad and move several times. Each move brought new challenges, the need to adapt to an unfamiliar city, and the necessity of finding a job. During this difficult period, the employment service provided reliable support.
She first sought help in 2024, when she lost her job in Dobropillia. Specialists helped her find suitable job openings—and within a month, Marina was employed. Later, after moving to Pavlohrad, she again turned to the employment service for support and found a job in the public utilities sector.
In May 2026, Marina moved to Kryvyi Rih. She needed to adapt to life in a new city and find a job that matched her professional skills. She had years of experience working in government agencies and construction and installation companies.
The result of this collaborative effort is that, since August 2026, Marina has been working as a civil service specialist in the local government of Kryvyi Rih. She was able to apply her experience in her new position and continue her professional career, despite all the challenges.
“I’ve seen time and again that the employment service helps people find jobs. The specialists quickly matched me with suitable openings, took my knowledge and qualifications into account, and each time I was hired in my field,” says Marina.
