A New Life with Support: Kristina’s Employment Story from Druzhkivka

Published 15 April 2026 year, 11:50

Due to the escalation of hostilities, Kristina was forced to leave her hometown of Druzhkivka and relocate to Kramatorsk. In her new place, she faced an important task — to gradually rebuild her life and find a job.

She has more than 10 years of experience working as a junior nurse caring for patients. She clearly understood that she wanted to stay in the profession she considers her calling.

“I love my job because it’s about helping people. So I didn’t even consider other options — I wanted to work in a hospital,” she says.

While searching for a job, Kristina turned to the employment service. Specialists provided an individual consultation, took into account her experience, qualifications, and preferences.

Already in early April, Kristina successfully passed an interview and got a job — at a hospital in Kramatorsk as a junior nurse caring for patients.

Today, she is successfully working in her new team, gradually adapting to new conditions, and continuing the work she has devoted many years to.

The employment service remains a reliable partner for those who are forced to start over, helping not only to find a job but also to regain confidence in the future.
