As part of the nationwide program "Side by Side: United Communities," a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Yuriy Lyulka, head of the Novodonetsk settlement military administration, and Svitlana Kryvenko, head of the Berestyn City Council.
The signing of the memorandum is a powerful signal of unity, support, and readiness for constructive cooperation. Joint actions, exchange of experience, mutual assistance, namely in overcoming the consequences of the Russian Federation's armed aggression, meeting the basic needs of residents living in the community, and restoring its vital functions.
This symbolic but extremely important step is further confirmation that even in the most difficult times, Ukrainians are capable of uniting, cooperating, and building a common future together.
Representatives of both communities expressed their confidence that this step would mark the beginning of a long-lasting friendship.
