The Donetsk Regional Employment Service is launching a new series called "I Found a Job". In it, we share real stories of people who, with the support of the employment service, were able to change their career paths, gain new skills, and find employment. These inspiring stories prove that it's never too late to make a career change.
Each video features a personal journey — the challenges, the road to success, and the results. We show how people accessed new opportunities, received support, and ultimately found a job and confidence in the future.
The first featured story is about Nataliia Pisarieva from Kramatorsk. Hostilities forced her to close her own business, but Nataliia didn’t give up. She turned to the employment service for help.
She completed training in a new profession, “Administrator,” at one of the vocational education centers of the State Employment Service. Specialists helped her prepare a resume and find suitable job openings.
Thanks to this support, Nataliia found a remote job that fits her current circumstances and future plans.
