Today, healthcare professionals are a true pillar of society. Thanks to the Employment Service, two specialists from Dobropillia have managed to return to their profession, continuing their important daily mission — caring for people’s health.
Not long ago, Olena and her colleague Oksana lived and worked in their hometown in Donetsk region, doing what they loved and enjoying stable employment. But the war changed everything. Due to constant shelling and danger, the women had to leave their homes and relocate to a safer city — Sheptytskyi.
Moving to a new place is always a challenge: finding housing, adapting, and most importantly, rebuilding professional life. Olena and Oksana did not give up — they turned to the Employment Service for help.
Specialists supported them at every stage: helped update their résumés, prepare for interviews, and find job openings matching their experience. Thanks to their perseverance, strong motivation, and productive cooperation with a career advisor, both successfully passed interviews at the Sosnivka City Hospital of the Sheptytskyi City Council.
The result: employment in their professions — Olena as a nurse and Oksana as a nursing assistant.
“We are grateful to the Employment Service specialists for their attention, support, and advice. Thanks to your help, we not only found jobs but also regained confidence that life goes on — and that we are needed by people!” the women shared.
The Donetsk Regional Employment Service remains a reliable partner for everyone who has been forced to relocate. Support, professional counseling, and belief in people help displaced persons not only find employment but also regain faith in their own abilities and the value of their work.
