Hanna Yeshchenko - participant of the regional competition "Woman of Donetsk Region" in 2025, nomination "Leadership in Action"
Hanna Yeshchenko is the director of Rosynka kindergarten No. 18 in Bakhmut, a teacher by vocation and a leader with a big heart. Born in Donetsk region, she has devoted more than 35 years to preschool education. Since 2001, she has been the head of Rosynka, leading a creative and close-knit team through all the challenges of the times.
Her pedagogical credo is simple: "You cannot educate a patriot if you are not a patriot yourself." National and patriotic education in the institution is not only a line of work, but the basis of the educational process. Children get acquainted with Cossack traditions, folk games, songs and rituals, participate in dedications to jura and berehynia, and feel proud of their ancestors.
Despite the military challenges, the Rosynka team has united even more. The institution actively cooperates with educational institutions in Kyiv and Kyiv region, implements projects on Cossack pedagogy, conducts quests, master classes, online smartmobs, and educational activities that make patriotic education modern and interesting for children.
Rosynka's teachers and students have much to be proud of: in recent years, they have received 55 diplomas and certificates of appreciation at national and international competitions. The institution's experience is widely covered in the media and professional publications.
Hanna Yeshchenko is an example of tireless work and inspiration. She has received numerous awards, including diplomas, honorary universals from the Hetman of the Black Sea Cossack Army, and medals from the Ukrainian Cossacks. Volunteer work plays a significant role in her life, including the campaign to create a flag amulet for Ukrainian soldiers.
Her motto is: "Educating little Cossacks - creating a strong Ukraine!"
