Anastasiia Yaremchuk represents the cozy town of Druzhkivka, which has become her second home since 2014. Anastasia Yaremchuk is a radiologist and private entrepreneur who created a chain of hairdressing salons and coffee shops during the war, a person who has given new opportunities to people who lost their jobs and homes.
She knows that any storm will not last forever, and the ship that survives will become a legend. Her team believes in her and follows her as an opinion leader.
Currently, Sherlock hair salons and coffee shops operate in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Anastasiia moved the hairdressing salons from Kostiantynivka together with the staff. Then she evacuated part of the company and its employees to Kharkiv region. She managed to do it again!
In August 2025, her coffee shop and one of the hairdressing salons in Druzhkivka were completely destroyed by enemy shelling. The most valuable thing survived - the lives of the employees! Therefore, the shelling could not stop the development. Two weeks later, another small shop, "Near the House," was set up with women entrepreneurs who also suffered during the attack. And again, she is followed as a leader of change!
Anastasiia is a support for her family, for her colleagues, and for her community. She actively supports IDP families and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In recent years, she has received the "Person of the Year" award in medicine and science, the Regional State Administration Award, the "Unbreakable from the East" entrepreneurial award, the "Woman of the Year 2024" award, and the "Business Woman 2023" (social entrepreneurship). But above all, she remains a loving mother of two sons and considers this her greatest achievement. Believing in the best, she is rapidly leading her team to the goal, and the team believes in her!
