Tetiana Belkina is a participant of the regional contest "Woman of Donetsk Region" in 2025, nomination "The Power of Good and Unity"
Tetiana is an example of professionalism and responsibility. She is characterized by such business qualities as professional competence, responsibility, initiative, and efficiency.
After the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops, the Social Protection Department of the Pokrovsk City Council did not stop working for a day, implementing state and local social programs of the community. Due to the deteriorating security situation in the city in 2024, Tetiana was forced to leave her hometown and seek refuge with her family.
Now Tetiana herself has become an IDP and found herself in the same situation as the people she used to help. This experience helped her to better understand internally displaced persons and, having accepted all the challenges of fate, to work resolutely to create new means of supporting the people of Pokrovsk. The department was relocated to the city of Dnipro, and now it was here that Tetiana had to re-establish the smooth operation of the social protection system.
A humanitarian hub "We Are Donetsk Region" was created on the basis of the department. Pokrovska IBA to provide comprehensive support to community residents who were forced to move to Dnipro. In cooperation with charitable foundations, under Tetiana's skillful leadership, the hub now regularly provides humanitarian aid, weekly receptions, legal advice and free medical consultations, and mental health training.
Tatiana has always been and continues to be a kind, decent person who came to work in social protection to help people, and will always offer her help no matter how hard it is for her.
