On the eve of October 1, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, teachers from the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity organized themed events for displaced children as part of the Donetsk Region Unites project to strengthen the spirit of unity and patriotism.
On September 27, the NGO "IDPs of Ukraine" and the "YaMariupol" Center in Khmelnytskyi hosted the "Strength in Unity" meeting, which successfully combined educational and entertainment parts through interesting activities:
- interactive "Test for a real Ukrainian";
- quiz "Great Ukrainians";
- "Guess the word" game;
- "Good evening, we are from Ukraine", "Hopachok", "Our heart is Ukraine".
The meetings were filled with warm moments, sincere smiles and hugs, helping children to feel courage, strength and true friendship.
The children gained new knowledge, the joy of communication and a sense of support, which is especially needed by those who were forced to leave their homes.
