The Oleksandrivska settlement community reported on the status of procurement in 2025

A regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

Igor Boiko noted that, according to data from the regional administration's Department of Economy, between December 3 and 11, 2025, customers in the region planned 29 purchases of goods, works, and services in 12 territorial communities for a total amount of UAH 41.2 million.

Of these, eight contracts were concluded for the purchase of goods and performance of works, in particular for the purchase of charging stations, a car, the Health24 medical information system software package, as well as for emergency repair and restoration works on the roof of the Druzhkivka City Council's social protection department, which was damaged as a result of hostilities.

In addition, contracts were signed for the major repairs of non-residential premises and a porch in the city of Pavlohrad and the village of Mykolaivka in the Odesa region for the subsequent placement of municipal institutions of the Selidivska City Council in them.

During this week's meeting, the issue of the status of purchases in 2025 made by the Oleksandrivka settlement territorial community was considered.

Lyudmila Borisevich, head of the Oleksandrivka settlement military administration, reported on completed and planned purchases. According to her, between January 1 and December 15, 2025, the Oleksandrivka settlement territorial community plans to make 25 purchases of goods, works, and services with a total value of UAH 60.8 million.

The head of the community noted that most of the funds were allocated for the purchase of fuel and lubricants, construction materials, as well as for civil protection and public safety measures, in particular the construction of modular shelters.

Following the discussion, the meeting participants emphasized the importance of continuing to adhere to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in the field of public procurement. The working group will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by the region's territorial communities.
