A regular meeting of the “Transparency and Accountability” working group was held under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Members of the working group and invited guests participated in the event.
During the meeting, participants discussed the status of public procurement in 2026 carried out by the Oleksandrivka Settlement Territorial Community.
According to information from the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, between July 1 and July 9, 2026, regional contracting authorities in seven territorial communities planned 17 procurements of goods, works, and services totaling 15.1 million hryvnias.
Of the 17 procurements, 8 contracts were signed, including for the purchase of wire products, gasoline, and pharmaceutical products; the provision of technical support services for the ASKOD software as part of the electronic document management system for the Executive Committee of the Kramatorsk City Council; and the performance of major repair work (emergency restoration work) on the roofs of two residential buildings in the city of Sloviansk.
According to the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, for the period from January 1 to July 14, 2026, the Oleksandrivka settlement territorial community has planned 25 procurements of goods, works, and services totaling nearly 45 million hryvnias.
Lyudmyla Borisevych, head of the Oleksandrivka Settlement Military Administration, reported on the status of procurement, the main areas of budget spending, planned measures, and the community’s priority needs under martial law.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions and discuss current issues related to procurement.
Following the discussion, meeting participants emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in the field of public procurement.
The working group will continue to monitor procurement activities being carried out and planned by the region’s local communities.
