In order to identify the needs of veterans who have completely or partially lost their sight, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine is conducting a survey.
The main objectives of the survey are to assess the level of awareness among veterans of the adaptation services available to them, which are guaranteed by the state, their living conditions and housing adaptation needs, the availability (or lack thereof) of technical rehabilitation aids, etc.

The survey can be completed by both those receiving services and those providing care (caregivers, family members, close relatives).
The results will enable the Ministry of Veterans Affairs to objectively monitor and evaluate the provision of appropriate means for the adaptation of veterans, as well as contribute to the further improvement and expansion of the system of adaptation services for veterans.
