The "Emerald City" Social Rehabilitation and Health Resort is currently hosting a program focused on the health, development, and emotional recovery of children from the Donetsk region.
The facility’s teaching staff provides a comfortable environment for relaxation, integrating learning into engaging and meaningful leisure activities.
One of the key events was an excursion to the Khotyn Fortress, where the children explored this unique architectural landmark, which helped deepen their knowledge of history and foster patriotic values.
In addition, the children participated in outdoor recreation in the form of a picnic, where they mastered camping skills, learned to build a fire, and prepare food outdoors, which positively influenced the development of independence and teamwork.
The center places special emphasis on psychological support and rehabilitation: psychologists conduct training sessions, art therapy classes, and game sessions to reduce anxiety levels and develop emotional intelligence.
The camp program is also packed with creative and sports activities, among which the dance talent show “EcoBattle: Rhythms of the Earth” stands out. As part of this event, participants presented choreographed performances, combining modern styles with an ecological theme.
Career guidance activities and workshops complement the educational aspect of the program, fostering the well-rounded development of each child. For children from the Donetsk region, their stay at the “Emerald City” serves as an important step in their social development and a source of positive emotions in a safe and inspiring environment.
