On April 14, Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Nataliia Adamova, met with Kramatorsk-based entrepreneur Olha Olifirenko.

During the visit, they discussed a key issue — supporting and developing businesses in frontline communities, where entrepreneurs not only ensure economic resilience but also create jobs.

Olha Olifirenko has over 20 years of experience in the field of medical services. Today, her diagnostic and treatment center in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk is an example of a modern private healthcare facility providing a wide range of consultations and examinations. The outpatient departments employ highly qualified specialists who ensure an individual approach to each patient and apply modern diagnostic methods.

The meeting also highlighted the close cooperation between the business sector and the employment service. In particular, the entrepreneur actively uses government support programs for employers and hires people with additional employment guarantees, including internally displaced persons and people with disabilities.

Nataliia Adamova emphasized that socially responsible business is the foundation of the region’s economic resilience, and in frontline communities, entrepreneurs not only create jobs but also help people restore stability in their lives.
