On August 27, Natalia Adamova, Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, met with our male and female defenders at the "YaMariupol.Kyiv" hub. They discussed essential topics — social guarantees, starting a business, and new professional horizons for veterans and service members.
Today, the employment service offers real, effective tools to relaunch a career or start a business:
• Individual Career Guidance for Employment: Experts assist at every stage — from creating a compelling resume to preparing for and successfully passing an interview.
• Training and Reskilling: 161 fields (occupations and specialties) are available to acquire new skills and maximize competitiveness in the labor market.
• Grants Under the "yeRobota" Program: Combatants, persons with disabilities resulting from war, and their spouses can receive funds to start or expand a business. This offers the opportunity not only to work for oneself but also to create new jobs for their communities.
• Employer Support: Effective compensation programs are in place for businesses hiring veterans, helping build an inclusive and open labor market.
