Teens are invited to participate in Generation+, a comprehensive development and career guidance program

The Generation+ Charitable Foundation is announcing the recruitment of participants for the 10th cohort of the Generation+ comprehensive development program for teens aged 14–17. The program is designed for teens who want to better understand themselves, identify their strengths, explore the world of careers, receive support in choosing their future path of education or professional development, and take their first conscious steps toward self-actualization.

Generation+ is a 6-month social and educational support program for teenagers that combines psychological support, self-discovery, career guidance, soft skills development, teamwork, and the creation of an individualized educational and career path.

Program participants

  • explore their own strengths, values, interests, and personal resources;
  • learn about the world of professions, the modern job market, educational opportunities, and the impact of new technologies on their professional future;
  • participate in a Career Fair and meetings with representatives from various fields;
  • develop skills in communication, teamwork, public speaking, critical thinking, financial literacy, and decision-making;
  • receive psychological support and work in a safe environment of trust;
  • shape their own educational and career paths and create personalized development plans for 1, 5, and 10 years;
  • carry out social projects while learning to work in a team, take responsibility, and create initiatives that benefit society.

We invite teenagers aged 14–17 who want to better understand themselves, determine their future educational or professional path, and receive support, a new environment, and practical tools for their development.

Participation in the program is free for vulnerable teenagers, including orphans, children in foster care, internally displaced children, children of military personnel, veterans, and combatants, children of fallen Defenders of Ukraine, children with disabilities, teenagers from crisis families, as well as children who have experienced loss, forced displacement, or difficult life circumstances.

The program will launch in September 2026 and will last 6 months.

Participation is available in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod, as well as online. Those interested must fill out an application form at via a link by September 20, 2026.
