In the first half of 2025, the specialists of the Eastern Office of the State Audit Service in Donetsk Oblast conducted 104 state financial control measures (including 2 audits, 3 audits, 97 monitoring and 2 procurement audits), documenting violations and shortcomings worth UAH 567.8 million.
Thanks to the work done by the auditors, the company reimbursed UAH 6.0 million in losses of financial resources, prevented and eliminated violations of procurement legislation worth UAH 259.8 million. The implementation of the proposals submitted by the auditors resulted in reimbursement and prevention of losses of resources in the amount of UAH 94.1 million, and an economic effect of UAH 3.4 million.
Four officials were brought to administrative liability and three to disciplinary liability for violations of financial and procurement laws.
Based on the results of the state financial control measures, the heads of the controlled entities made 26 management decisions.
Five materials of the state financial control measures were transferred to law enforcement agencies for taking measures within their competence, and 1 material was included in the criminal proceedings.
