Businesses affected by the war can receive up to UAH 17,300 in compensation for employee wage costs.
The state program “Point of Support” helps employers retain their workforce by partially compensating salary expenses and the payment of the Unified Social Contribution (USC) for a period of up to six months.
The program is available to employers who:
Have been operating for at least six months;
Have suffered losses as a result of hostilities after January 1, 2026;
Have no outstanding wage arrears or tax debts.
Applications can be submitted through an Employment Center or online via the Diia portal.
