Natalia Adamova, Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, met with Yehor Skryaha, an entrepreneur from Kramatorsk who has been successfully developing his building materials business for the past three years.
Despite the challenges of operating in a frontline region, Yehor has not only continued running his business but has also created jobs and supplied local residents and organizations with essential construction materials needed to repair and restore homes damaged by shelling.
During the meeting, they discussed the realities of doing business under current conditions, employers' needs, and the opportunities provided through government support programs.
Yehor shared his experience of participating in the government's Own Business grant program, which enabled him to equip modern workplaces. He also spoke about using the Employment Service's wage compensation programs, which helped expand his team while reducing the financial burden on his business.
