Liudmyla’s journey with the Employment Service began with her participation in the “Army of Recovery” project — socially useful work aimed at supporting communities and people during a difficult period.
By profession, Liudmyla is a massage therapist, a person who genuinely strives to be helpful and support others. She joined the socially useful works organized by the Department for Humanitarian Affairs of the Kramatorsk City Council and, from the very first days, proved herself to be a responsible, attentive, and kind employee. Her attitude toward people, openness, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
The escalation of hostilities in the region forced the woman to make a difficult decision — to move to a safer city. Drohobych became her new home. The relocation brought new challenges, uncertainty, and the need to start over from scratch.
However, even at a distance, the Employment Service did not leave her without support. Specialists continued to advise Liudmyla, inform her about current job vacancies, help her adapt to new conditions, and maintain confidence in her own abilities. And this support delivered results.
Soon, Liudmyla was employed at Drohobych City Hospital No. 1 as a junior nursing assistant providing patient care. Thanks to her professional training, ability to work with people, accuracy, and proficiency in massage techniques, Liudmyla became exactly the candidate the medical institution needed. The vacancy fully matched her experience and inner calling.
In her new team, she was welcomed with respect and warmth. Patients quickly felt her care, compassion, and professionalism, and Liudmyla herself looks back with gratitude on her journey together with the Employment Service.
