The Perechyn City Council in Zakarpattia Oblast allocated 1 million hryvnias to support the Bilozerska City Military Administration in Donetsk Oblast for the purchase of a service vehicle.
The communities are partners in the national program "Side by Side: United Communities."
The Bilozerska community in Pokrovskyi District is under enemy fire almost every day. Some residents have been forced to leave, but many people remain in the city and need constant assistance.
In 2025, the Bilozerska City Council's official vehicle was destroyed by an enemy drone. After that, the community lost the ability to quickly deliver food and essential supplies to people and respond to critical situations. Most importantly, without a car, it is almost impossible to evacuate people from dangerous areas.
A new car for a frontline city is not a luxury, but a tool that allows us to stay close to people where every trip can be crucial.
