To ensure your payments are calculated correctly, you must notify the Pension Fund within 10 days of any changes to:
✅ your passport details or surname;
✅ contact information;
✅ bank details;
✅ place of work or the start/termination of entrepreneurial activity.
You can do this conveniently in several ways ⬇️
💻 online via the electronic cabinet 👉 https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
👤 in person at any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU);
📬 by mail, sending the required documents by registered letter;
👩💼 through your employer (if the changes relate to employment).
⚠️ If changes are not reported in time, overpayments may occur, which will then have to be repaid.
