Thanks to the Side by Side: United Communities project, 14-year-old children of defenders from the Kremenchug and Chasovoyarsk communities had a unique opportunity to go on a joint 14-day recreational and educational trip to France, to the safe and hospitable city of Clermont-Ferrand.

For two weeks, the children attended a French school, participated in educational classes, excursions, sports competitions, cultural events, interactive programs, film screenings, museum visits, and other educational activities. Every day was filled with new experiences, friendly acquaintances, and emotions that, according to the children, will stay with them forever.

A special and extremely important event was a meeting with the mayor of Clermont-Ferrand, Mr. Olivier Bianchi. The warm welcome, sincere communication, and high level of attention deeply impressed the children and confirmed the genuine friendship and support between the communities. The children returned inspired, filled with faith that the world cares about their families and Ukraine.

The Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Olivier Bianchi for the warm welcome, support for Ukrainian children, and openness to cooperation. This is a huge contribution to the development of mutual understanding and international friendship.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our partner city of Kremenchuk for its constant support, cooperation, and joint efforts for the future of children.

Special thanks to the Evrope Prykhystok team for their professional support, care for the children, organization of each stage of the trip, support, and attention to detail. Thanks to you, the trip was safe, comfortable, and filled with positive moments.

Once again, the Side by Side: United Communities project proves that together we can do more!
