The stages of implementing public investment management reform at the regional and local levels were discussed on December 4 at a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations.
The following issues were also highlighted during the event:
- features of land relations regulation during martial law;
- military conscripts in the workforce: hiring, proper dismissal, compensation for unused days of annual and additional leave;
- the algorithm of actions for founders of educational institutions in the context of the closure of institutions in rural areas;
- the specifics of creating a network of academic lyceums; the creation of new platforms in the work of cultural institutions for dialogue, exchange of experience and ideas between communities and regions of Ukraine;
involving young people in the active participation in the sporting life of communities, promoting sports and physical culture among the population.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies in conjunction with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration and the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Labor.
