The Bakhmut and Gostomel communities continue to build bridges between communities. In a warm atmosphere during the meeting, educators from Bakhmut and Gostomel officially cemented their partnership.
As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," a memorandum of cooperation was signed between educational institutions: Lyceum No. 1 of the Gostomel Village Council, the Bakhmut Educational Complex "General Education School I-III Levels No. 11 - Multidisciplinary Lyceum" and the Bakhmut General Education School I-III Levels No. 10.
The event laid the foundation for further partnership and strengthening the unity of the two communities. Educators shared their experiences of overcoming the challenges of full-scale war and discussed a strategy for joint action.
The Bakhmut residents familiarized themselves with the work of Gostomel Lyceum No. 1, toured the renovated premises and modern educational spaces. Despite all the difficulties, the participants of the meeting reminded each other that education is about shared memory, mutual support, and the strength to move forward.
