On September 19, 2025, as part of the "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" project, thanks to the fruitful cooperation between the Toretsk and Ruzhyn communities, a representative of the International Fund for Reconstruction and Well-Being of Ukraine visited the Toretsk IBA's territorial center.
Municipal Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services (Provision of Social Services)" of the Toretsk City Military-Civilian Administration was relocated and is now operating in the village of Karabchiyiv, Ruzhynske village community.
The institution received humanitarian aid - bakery products and warm clothes for the autumn and winter period, intended for the elderly and people with disabilities.
We are sincerely grateful to our partners and benefactors for their support, care and indifference. It is important that thanks to the "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" project, assistance is becoming available to those who need it most, and communities are strengthening cooperation and mutual support.
