Specialists of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region regularly hold consultation meetings with representatives of enterprises, institutions, and organizations of the region on the digitization of employment record books.
✔️ Since the beginning of the year, 225 events on digitizing employment documents have been held, during which 398 employers from Donetsk region received consultations.
✅ During the meetings, practical assistance was provided in submitting employment documents to the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua, as well as explanations of the mechanism and technical requirements for scanning employment record books.
📎 Reference: Since the launch of the “Electronic Employment Record Book” service on the PFU e-services web portal (December 2019), more than 314.3 thousand scanned paper employment record books have been submitted for digitization and conversion into electronic form.
